How We Started
The story of Paul & Company began in 1961, when India was building its identity as a strong and self-reliant nation. The Green Revolution had just begun, now the focus on rapid industrialisation, and there was a new wave of opportunity for entrepreneurs and manufacturers and to encourage them to ensure more and more jobs are generated.
Amid this, two visionaries — Sh. W. D. Bhagat and Sh. Gopal Krishan Bhagat — saw a simple but powerful need: Manufacturers needed a trusted partner who could connect them with the right industrial chemicals and raw materials — someone who understood both sides.
That’s how Paul & Company was born — as a bridge between chemical manufacturers and end-product manufacturers. We began by supplying quality materials with commitment and care, and over the years, that bridge has only become stronger.

Today, Paul & Company proudly serves manufacturers across India from our centers in Delhi, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and Zirakpur.
We have supplied over 18 crore kilograms of materials to more than 5000 manufacturers, across 20+ industries.
Our portfolio includes 400+ product grades from 15 leading Indian manufacturers, helping our customers keep pace with the changing needs of their industries and end consumers.

We’ve modernised our systems by introducing CRM, HR, and back-office processes to make our service smoother and more responsive and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Technology now helps us ensure that the right material reaches the right customer at the right time. The company continues to grow under the guidance of Mrs. Neelam Bhagat, our Managing Director, and the energy and vision of our CEO Mrs. Vidhi Bhagat, who carries forward the values laid down by our founders.

Warehouse Facilities We maintain well-organized and spacious warehouses at all our centres, equipped for safe and proper storage of chemicals and raw materials. Each product category is stored separately to avoid any mix-ups or contamination. We also offer flexible stocking options for customers who wish to lift materials in parts over a few days or weeks. Every warehouse follows strict safety and cleanliness standards, so our customers can be sure their materials are in good hands.
Network and Delivery Our network covers the entire country and extends to a few export markets as well. A strong logistics team and reliable partners help us deliver on time, every time. Our warehouse and logistics teams take great care to protect every batch from moisture, dust, and other environmental factors, ensuring that what reaches you is exactly what left the factory.
Quality Assurance We are a quality-focused organization, and customer trust is our biggest achievement.
